Tshirt design research

I am looking for a graphic designer to conduct research and create tshirt designs for my target audience of both men and women. I am open to suggestions for the style of design, but prefer a graphic approach. I do not have any specific themes or concepts in mind, and would like the designer to provide suggestions and ideas. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
