Tri-lingual Executive Personal Assistant Required part-time work (20-25 hours a week)
Budget: €400 – €600 EUR
• At least 2 years of proven work experience on administrative positions (desirably as a Personal/Business/Executive Assistant, or similar role)
• Languages: German B2+, English C1, Russian C1
• Ability to define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, summarize only the most important information
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects, provide “a helicopter view”
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office services (Outlook, Microsoft Office, Notion, Asana, AI tools etc.)
• Stress resistance and getting things done approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy
• Patience, tact, and a keen eye for detail
• A creative mind for problem-solving
• Act as the point of contact among CEO, employees, clients, contractors, external partners
• Help with planning personal tasks: medical checkouts, training & education, etc.
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Preparing correspondence on the CEO’s behalf – emails, presentations, reports etc.
