Travel Agency Customer Service Agent

I'm looking for a dedicated customer service agent for my travel agency. The ideal candidate will be skilled in researching and proposing cost-effective family vacation itineraries. The role involves:
- Using our CRM, TESS, to manage customer interactions and data. Your experience with Travel ESOLUTIONS is a big plus.
- Proposing budget-friendly family travel packages.
- Communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and adjusting proposals accordingly.
- Conducting data entry into the CRM from emails and other sources.
Skills needed:
- Proficiency in CRM, especially TESS.
- Strong research skills, particularly in creating affordable travel itineraries.
- Excellent communication skills for client calls.
- Attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Experience in the travel industry and with family-oriented travel packages is preferred.
