Trauma informed centre of excellence’s worldwide

To whom it may concern, 
My name is Lilianne oliver,
following a major accident in 26th of December my physical health have been rapidly declining due to severe cranio-cervical spine instability and subsequent chiari malformation related to my hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome/HEDS (+ multiple nerve and arterial impingements). I also suffer from C-PTSD, research shows HEDS to be the physical manifestation of damage caused due to the psychological distress you have sustained (in my case 27 years in survival mode, damage to soft tissues; please reports below for more information). This battle began in 19th of November following a procedure to treat a related spinal condition. Over the past 12 weeks I have been bed bound and unable to stand as my brain is being compressed causing distressing symptoms until returned to a supine position (HR: 180-0, BPM +many more). I have attempted to reach out to all relevant government healthcare systems both privately and publicly and have received some support. however I have failed to receive adequate treatment or interventions for my catastrophic injuries. I require intervention from specialised collaborative services from abroad- as there are no adequate professionals in this field of medicine within Australia. Without this collaborative care I’m afraid I won’t survive much longer in my bed as I have been unable to maintain adequate interventions including application of halo-brace to help stabilise my symptoms (currently applied yoga mat around neck with good effect, surprisingly…). I require a medi-vac via helicopter and multiple clinical trials to be planned and implemented by a hospital willing to provide these services for me + 2 clients in similar positions. In order for this to become a reality I need to gain the attention of the specialist from abroad who may take over my care. Unfortunately my physical condition has continued to deteriorate over the past few weeks with no interventions or treatments. I am in a dire situation still and am seeking for any recommendations to assist in me seeking appropriate treatments. The healthcare system has continued to state my condition is psychosomatic, as a result I was forcibly removed from the Alfred hospital without the application of a halo brace that may have stabilised my symptoms. As a result I sustained further injury to my brain stem to which I am still paying the consequences of 3 weeks later.  I am exhausted and am in need of some advocacy and professional assistance in receiving the treatment I require. I am requesting help from anyone who may be able to help me in my self advocacy at this stage. Without immediate intervention I fear my life is at risk once again.
I have no trust in this system and am willing to try anything at this point to show them that they are Killing people however there has been no resignition. 
If you have any suggestions or persons who may be able to assit me in advocating for care that would be amazing. 
I am only 27years old and have so much life to live. I want to ensure no one else ever has to go through the pain and suffering I have had to sustain over the past 12 weeks. 
Any advice at this stage is welcomed,
