Translator and researcher on logistics industry (Hamburg, Germany)

We're a rapidly expanding tech start-up in the field of logistics and delivery. We are looking for local translator in Hamburg to accompany us to conduct survey with local drivers and small businesses.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and independently visit suitable locations to conduct questionnaires with local delivery drivers and local small businesses and translate their responses into English (for certain days, we will also come along, so would require translation help as you accompany us on these visits)
- Help with translation when we conduct questionnaires with local delivery drivers or local businesses
- Provide insights obtained from local logistics markets which are relevant to the research objective
Key Requirements
- Must be based in Hamburg
- Sufficient English skills: oral, written, and translation from local languages
- Able to accompany us for translation work in person from 28-29th April (full day, c.8 hours)
- Preferably able to commit 3-4 days (4-6 hours per day) in the week of 19-25th April to do field research independently
- Sensible individuals who are curious about the local delivery landscape
- Tech-savvy with a can-do attitude
- Strong local knowledge with the ability to identify suitable interview targets
- Detail-oriented with adequate data entry skill
