The implications of remote work on job performance in a global sales environment: Adopting a JD-R perspective
Budget: $1,500 ā $3,000 AUD
As the world transitions to more remote work environments, I am interested in exploring the implications of this change on job performance in a global sales environment. My aim is to analyze and evaluate the impact of remote work on job performance. To do so, I am looking for a research consultant to use a mixed-methods approach to gather data and analyze the key variables and factors related to this project. Specifically, Iām interested in examining communication tools, employee motivation and job satisfaction as potential indications of job performance in a global sales environment.
The successful candidate will have strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, as well as experience conducting studies with mixed-methods research designs. As the study requires collection of data from a variety of sources, the research consultant must have the ability to analyze a wide range of data, from qualitative interviews to survey responses. A robust understanding of job design/resource (JD-R) theory will be needed to effectively implement the JD-R perspective of this research study.
If you are a highly skilled researcher with experience in job design/resource (JD-R) theory, a mixed-methods approach and data-driven results, then I invite you to apply for this project.
