Texas Food Truck Festival Location Scout
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm in need of an expert who can help me find suitable outdoor venues for a Food Truck Festival across Texas. The event runs from Friday to Sunday, with each day taking place in a different location.
Key Requirements:
- Location: Parks, Reserves, Fairgrounds are preferred. Large-scale stadiums or event halls are not acceptable.
- Amenities: The venues need to have restrooms. Any additional amenities are a bonus but not necessary.
- Capacity: Each venue should comfortably accommodate between 1000 to 2000 attendees.
- Timing: The event occurs every weekend.
Ideal Candidates:
- Prior experience in event planning or location scouting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Texas's outdoor venues will be beneficial.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
Please note that these locations do not need to accommodate alcohol consumption.
