Systematic Review: Plastic Surgery
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a full‐length systematic review that synthesises the latest evidence on disease prevention within cardiovascular diseases. The review must follow PRISMA guidelines from protocol registration through to manuscript preparation, concentrating on data drawn from peer-reviewed clinical trials and observational studies published in the past ten years. Meta-analyses may be cited for context only where they illuminate gaps in primary evidence; the core analysis, however, should rely on original trial and cohort data.
Key tasks
• Design and register a protocol (PROSPERO or equivalent).
• Perform a comprehensive search across at least PubMed, Embase, Cochrane CENTRAL and Web of Science, with search strings included in an appendix.
• Apply transparent screening and quality appraisal (e.g., Cochrane RoB 2 for trials, Newcastle-Ottawa for observational studies).
• Extract relevant prevention outcomes—incidence reduction, biomarker improvement, lifestyle adherence, etc.—and summarise them in both narrative and tabular form.
• Produce a PRISMA flow diagram, risk-of-bias tables and, where data allow, a pooled effect estimate using RevMan or R (meta, metafor).
• Deliver a publishable manuscript (≈5,000–6,000 words) formatted for a mid-tier plastic surgery journal, complete with references in Vancouver style.
Acceptance criteria
1. Protocol ID and full search strategy supplied.
2. Minimum of two independent reviewers documented for screening and bias assessment.
3. Results section separates clinical trials from observational evidence before any pooled synthesis.
4. All figures and tables editable in Word/Excel.
5. Grammarly score ≥95 and Turnitin similarity <10 %.
