Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Sourcer to support our recruitment efforts in the supply chain sector. The primary responsibility of this role is to source high-quality candidates from various platforms for positions ranging from mid-level management to executive roles in supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations. This is a critical position focused exclusively on sourcing resumes and profiles, with no responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job boards to identify and source high-caliber candidates for supply chain roles.
Profile Screening: Conduct initial screenings of candidate profiles and resumes to ensure alignment with the role requirements before passing them on to the recruitment team.
Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates by keeping in touch with top talent in the market and tracking potential future prospects.
Data Management: Accurately document and update all sourcing activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other internal databases.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the ideal candidate profile and provide timely and high-quality candidate submissions.
Market Research: Stay updated on sourcing best practices and industry trends to refine search strategies and identify new sourcing channels.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably in the supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other major job boards.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to assess resumes and profiles, ensuring they meet client requirements.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with the recruitment team and providing detailed candidate submissions.
Organization: Ability to handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while staying organized and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
