We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our company, Stuhoco as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing projects related to our student accommodation properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to contribute to the growth and success of our company while gaining valuable experience in the industry.
Your responsibilities may include:
1. Generating leads by researching and identifying potential customers.
2. Conducting market research on the student housing market.
3. Assisting the sales team in promoting student accommodation properties.
4. Responding to customer inquiries and providing information.
5. Maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
6. Assisting in marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
7. Representing the company at sales events and exhibitions.
8. Creating sales materials such as presentations and brochures.
9. Learning from experienced sales professionals.
10. Providing administrative support.
Qualification:
1) Proficient in English and Tamil language.
2) Can start the work from home job/internship between 1st Jun'23 and 6th Jul'23
3) Are available for duration of 1 month
2) Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
4) Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
5) Proficiency in project management software and tools.
6) Knowledge of student accommodation or real estate industry trends and practices is a plus.
7) Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
