For each of these territories, I need the following information:
- Population size
- Middle class population size
- Total non-alcoholic beverage market value
- Soft drink market value
- Premium soft drink market value (if available)
- 5-star Hotel industry size (if available)

For population size, you can refer to websites such as wikipedia. All other information can (preferably) refer to scientific articles or websites that refer to scientific articles. Wherever available, for these scientific articles, use reliable sources such as Euromonitor.

Please summarize everything (including sources) into an excel file; keep it simple.
