Sourcing & management of product reviewer - Pennsylvania - USA

I am looking for 3 recruiters who can source & manage 10 product reviewers. Product category - Paper products. Reviewer has to visit specific store in Pennsylvania and review the selected product according to our instructions- Product review about 10 mins only. Product reviewer must be able to express themselves and provide fruitful input. Recruiters must be responsible for reviewers performance and submission of deliverables
