Source nanny candidates in Sydney

In the current market it seems challenging to find good nanny candidates. We need someone with experience in sourcing talent to find potential candidates for us, possibly using new channels, talent pools (e.g. child care workers who might be interested in a career change) and locations (people who are willing and eligible to move to Sydney).
