Senior-Level Remote Job Lead Generation - Senior Architect / Project Director – Museum Design & Capital Programs (Remote, US / EU Employer)

Description:
I am seeking a freelancer to research and identify senior-level job opportunities (Architect, Project Manager, Director) with U.S.-based museum design consultancies and capital-program consultancies that allow remote work (Europe-based candidate). I have significant experience working with American museums and capital-programs, and I want someone to source, qualify, and organise leads so I can apply.
Tasks include:
• Research U.S. / Europe consultancies specialising in museum design / capital-programs, especially roles open to remote/Europe-based candidates.
• Identify current or recent senior job postings (architect, project director, capital-program lead) with remote possibility. Provide job link, summary, company info, remote eligibility.
• Set up and monitor job alerts or tracking for new relevant roles (weekly or bi-weekly feed).
• Provide a spreadsheet of leads with key fields: company, role, location/time-zone, remote eligibility, link, application deadline, match level, notes.
• For top 10 leads: prepare a short alignment note how my experience fits the role + a tailor-made outreach message (optional but preferred).
Deliverables & timeline:
• Initial list of at least 20 current or very recent roles (within past 3 months) within 7 days.
• Ongoing weekly update of new leads for a period of up to 6 weeks (extendable if all goes well as a separate job).
• Final spreadsheet with all leads and prioritisation.
Skills required:
• Experience in job-market research, lead generation, remote job sourcing.
• Good understanding of senior roles in architecture, project management, capital programs (ideally in the cultural / museum sector).
• Strong organisational skills (spreadsheet, clear notes, prioritisation).
• Good written English (for notes/outreach templates).

250eur fixed for initial research + list
Then 100eur / week for updates
