Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) Technology Adoption Research Analysis
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Description:
I seek a skilled researcher to compile and analyze recent scientific studies (from 2019 onwards) on adopting SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) technology. The project will include:
Study Collection:
Gather between 8 to 12 scientific studies or research papers that explore the adoption of SOAR technology.
Ensure that the studies come from reliable, peer-reviewed sources and reputable academic journals.
Summary Writing:
Write a concise summary for each study (approximately 150-200 words), covering the key findings, purpose, and context of the research.
Comparative Table:
Create a comparison table of the studies, using specific criteria such as:
Study objective
Methodology
Industry focus
Key results
Challenges identified
Year of publication
Source of publication
Challenges & Framework:
Analyze the challenges mentioned in each study regarding SOAR adoption (e.g., integration complexity, skill gaps, cost, etc.).
Propose a conceptual framework or set of strategies that could address the most common challenges identified across the studies.
Final Deliverables:
Provide a well-organized document including the summaries, comparative table, and proposed framework.
Include proper citations and references at the end of the document, following academic referencing standards (e.g., APA or MLA).
Requirements:
Experience in academic research and writing
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, especially SOAR technology
Ability to gather research from reputable sources such as IEEE, Springer, Wiley, etc.
Familiarity with writing concise yet informative summaries
Capability to create comparison tables and analyze challenges
Timeline: The project should be completed within 1-2 weeks.
Deliverable Format:
A Word or Google Docs file including the summaries, comparison table, and proposed framework
A list of references for each study (with access links if available)
