Talent Scout / Recruiter Needed (Jakarta, Indonesia)

Project Overview

I'm looking for a freelance recruiter or talent scout based in Jakarta, Indonesia to help me identify and recruit suitable candidates for a short-term, in-person personal assistant role.

This is a one-time recruitment project rather than a long-term HR position.

Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates from universities, internship communities, LinkedIn, social media, and other local channels.
- Focus on university students, interns, or fresh graduates.
- Conduct an initial screening based on the requirements provided.
- Present shortlisted candidates with their profiles and contact information.
- Coordinate interviews if required.

Ideal Candidate
- Based in Jakarta.
- Strong knowledge of local universities and student communities.
- Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, or campus recruiting.
- Good English communication skills.
- Responsive and able to complete the search within a few days.

Candidate Profile I'm Looking For
The candidates should preferably:

- Be university students, interns, or recent graduates.
- Have good English communication skills.
- Be professional, reliable, and well-groomed.
- Be available for a one-week, paid, in-person assignment in Jakarta.
- Be comfortable assisting with scheduling, transportation arrangements, translation (if needed), and be present for meetings.
