Secondary Research Assistance in Environment/Climate change work

I need an expert on environment and climate change subject matter who can access government reports available in the public domain and give relevant information as per my needs. All relevant documents related to environment/climate sector in India will be used such as SDG reports, State SDG reports and Central/State schemes on climate change. Need to make a very rough PPT as per my needs
