What you’ll do:

- Write clear, step-by-step solutions
- Review and evaluate AI-generated answers
- Provide simple feedback and scoring (rubrics)

Requirements:
- Strong background in a STEM field
- Good problem-solving and explanation skills
- Strong English reading & writing (speaking not mandatory)
- Detail-oriented
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
- Teaching or technical writing experience
