I'm in need of a diligent legal researcher who can help me locate public companies for sale via the SEC.

Must be by owners ONLY ... not Brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track public companies potentially for sale
- Analyze relevant SEC filings for acquisition opportunities

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory frameworks
- Proficient in SEC filing analysis
- Prior experience in identifying acquisition targets
