Risk assessment for opening retail in new country

We wish to expand our business and open retail into new country. But we worry about the following factors.
-New country custom clearance complexity and duration required.
-Communication issues with the locals.
-Payment process risk and complexity. (i.e goods from China to new countries, risk of not getting paid and other complexity)
-Goods licensing,product compliance and anti dumping rules (rules to protect their local goods).
-Overall cost ( shipping + all Duty and TAX tariff).

We are considering the possibility of the following countries, but would like to have a risk assessment evaluation report on each factors before we decide to venture into which country.
