I'm planning a retreat Type of a birthday party for my 40th Birthday . I need someone to help with logistics planning, finding accommodations, and researching suitable options, easy to reach from Zurich, unique and with enough Spaces yet with an affordsble Price and availability between 1.8.-4.8.25

Specific Tasks:
- Logistics: You should be able to coordinate all logistical aspects of the retreat and the birthday party efficiently.
- Accommodation: I need a mix of luxury resorts and budget-friendly and middle options. You should be able to find and propose suitable accommodations for both events in different countries including finding flight options
- Research: Research for suitable retreat centers and housing for the party.
-potentially checking other points Like Transfers, activities, a cook etc
