If you find the right property producing a purchase the client will pay you a bonus of £100
I'm seeking a researcher to gather information on residential properties available for purchase.
- Focus on properties currently on the market
- analytical and organizational skills
Fnding the right property can be tiresome and hard work with everything else in life we have to do hence this job opportunity.
My client is looking for a residential home to purchase.
In or close to Bournemouth , Dorset Uk is ideal. but the area can be enlarged to make an area to the sea between Salisbury - yeovil - Exeter.. but if further it can be looked at.
Budget up to 1M pounds. 700k +
Preferences: obviously they realise they cant have everything but here would be a desire list as guidance:
Sea views (most likely not achievable)
good garden perhaps 1/2 acre plus
Woodland - some woodland is a big plus
Swimming pool or place where a swim spa can be housed or an extension built at back of property to house it.
Proper large kitchen
