Researching and contacting traditional services in Central Portugal

I am in the process of relocating from the UK to Central Portugal, and need some assistance with researching, contacting and arranging appointments with various traditional services in Portugal. Currently, I need to identify a reliable, professional gardener to regularly clean my garden, prune trees etc.. Further projects to research traditional Portuguese services may follow...
