Researcher wanted for outreach and connecting with authors and readers

I need someone who is interested in research and making connections. I am realising some dystopian theme novels soon and need a researcher to find book reviewers and groups and contacts of people that would be interested in reviewing the book along with potential reader groups

I would like the finding presented in a report and a detailed step by step guide that can be followed

I am happy to pay hourly but need someone will to network and outreach

will have to set up social media etc for this outreach and so I need someone with a keen eye for detail and also understands networking and relationship building
