Research work - recruitment

I am looking for someone who can do solid research work related to recruitment of freshers into IT companies in India.
India has several universities and engineering colleges that cater to the needs of aspiring engineering graduates yet there is a separation of these universities based on their reputation such as IITs are premium institutes and the rest are below premium.
I need a research report for the years 2019, 2020, and 2021 that can explain in detail how many students were hired into IT companies classified by size such as Wipro, Infosys etc are large sized companies and there are other medium to small sized companies.
The report also needs to explain in detail with statistics about how many of these students were from premium institutes v/s normal institutes and also the details of how many were hired directly by US companies such as Facebook and Google vs Indian companies and their salaries etc.
