Research the tax laws on 'benefits in kind' across 20 countries

I'm looking for someone to help me understand how employment benefits may or may not be taxed, in places like Chile, the Philippines and South Africa (among others). Ideally I'm looking for someone with excellent research skills, strong copy-writing skills and an interest in researching more countries if this goes well.
