Research project - compare remote living incentives in Canada vs Australia

Basic research project. Find the information and give basic summaries. Moreso keen on the information than the analysis or write up. Research should be as thorough as possible.

Part A: Synthesise and compare desktop research on incentives for living or working in regional areas in both Nunavut Territory, Canada (inc. northern residents deduction) and Northern Territory, Australia (inc. zone tax offset). Indicate which incentives are national level government and which are regional or sub-regional level government incentives.

Part B: share (provide links) to any program evaluations that have been done on Australian or Canadian remote living or working incentives, including Canada’s Northern Resident Deduction.
