Research project

I need a diligent researcher who is well verse on locating and compiling list of all religious, emergency response teams, civic, elementary and middle schools, cultural and religious organizations as well as cultural civic organizations located within an assigned geographic location. I need someone who is well verse with excel spreadsheets and how to put the name of the organization, its contact person name and their contact information. I need a location within that spreadsheet where notes can be added on when, how and the mode of contact and any followup. Additional information will be provided upon assignment.
