Research on leadership topics 4 hrs per day - 20 days

I am looking for someone to collect interesting leadership stories, theories, models, videos, cartoons around different leadership topics. I will give the topic, for example...'be proactive as a leader' and I would like the persons to do research and collect interesting input around proactivity so that I can use that in a leadership training which I am developing.
