Research into possible alternative medicine cures for Spindle Cell Sarcoma cancer

A close friend has just been sadly diagnosed with Spindle Cell Sarcoma cancer which has spread around his body.
The task is to research and identify any possible (however far-flung and “out there”) alternative medicine cures which might assist in helping him recover from the cancer or alleviate its symptoms.
Perhaps there are those who recovered from it! How did they do it?
The time is of critical essence. Normal medicine appears to be useless besides chemo, which he is due to start next week.
He has been predicted 6 months left to live…
