Do you have experience working in a health and social care setting, such as a UK nursing or residential care home?
Are you familiar with this sector's UK care home policies, procedures, and legislation?
Would you know the research literature, service improvement, drafting reports, and risk assessment? This involves managing care at the management with a better understanding of the service provider to meet the needs of physical or mental residents such as dementia, learning disabilities or old age diseases.
To admin: This is NOT academic work but a work-based research programme on improving health and social care services.
