Research data collector

I'm looking for a research data collector who can help me with a long-term data collection project. Specifically, I need someone who can collect quantitative data using survey techniques. This project will run for longer than 6 weeks, so I'll need the data collector to be available for the duration on part time basis, to ensure that all of the data is collected while remaining accurate and up-to-date. Accurate analysis and reporting of the collected data is also important, and I'm hoping to find a reliable data collector to meet my needs. The data collection is within the rural communities in Selangor, Malaysia.
