Research and data analytics for COVID-19 projects

Overall Summary of Services
Provide research support to the Director of COVID-19 Response on several projects. The support will include creating and analyzing reports on vaccination mandate compliance, overall COVID-19 statistics for staff and students and data management.
Scope of Services
Monthly Services to include:
Create queries and reports on COVID-19 staff and student data on testing, vaccination and booster mandate, exemptions and positive cases from multiple sources.
Analyze data for online and on campus students and create reports as requested.
Collaborate with Director of COVID-19 Response on analyzing, compiling and combining reports and dashboards available from HealthCare IT Leaders and other vendors.
Develop SmartSheets for student and staff data related to COVID-19 protocols, Board mandates and exemption process.
Perform other research related activities as requested.
Weekly Services to include:
Use data sets to provide exception reports and monitoring compliance for mandates and exemptions.
Create and update dashboards and reporting data for website as needed.
Provide support for contact tracing and related reporting.
Term/Timeline
Contract services will begin on date of signed contract and end on December 31, 2022.
District Responsibilities
District will provide access to any software and files, as needed to perform data analytics as requested.
District will assist with any requests needed to complete tasks, research and reports.
Service Provider Responsibilities
Provide reports and files as requested on a timely basis
Use personal devices to complete work remotely
