The term ‘Mumpreneur’ originated almost a decade ago from an online website called Momprenersonline.com. It was originally coined by the creators of the website, Ellen H. Parlapiano and Patricia Cobe. The website guided the womean to turn entrepreneurship into a family business. It guided them to juggle their role of being a mother and start their business venture (Ekinsmyth, 2013) .
