Research and Report on ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) ecosystem and recommendations

Scope of work:
1. Research ONDC platform and provide detailed report and analysis on different categories, cities, sellers, buyers, cities.

2. List out steps on How to register as a player in 2 options - Buyer Only, Buyer and Seller Participant

3. Analyze different categories for Mumbai City and provide information for each category like - No. of Sellers, No. of Buyer Apps, Number of transactions so far in ONDC for that category and any more category insights that we can use to better understand the Business potential of any category.

4. Further based on Marketplace and Category insights, recommend which Category should we launch in Mumbai and why. Also recommend if we can combine few categories and launch it as a Super Buyer App. Explain all the points in data driven way.

5. Analysis on various benefits ONDC partners are getting in terms of Govt support / subsidy / support to start up

6. How are current buyer app partners performance in terms of sales and customer acquisition
