Job ID: 39969932

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Study Overview

We’re looking for parents of children aged 6–12 with ADHD (or strong signs of it) to help us understand how our new app supports families like yours.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll explore the Savvy App: a mobile program with short lessons and evidence-based exercises designed to help parent teach their kid to be more organized, manage big emotions, listen and follow through, build self-esteem and motivation.

Each week, you’ll try practical exercises with your child, based on that week’s lessons (you’re free to skip some of them if that feels uncomfortable).

All exercises are rooted in proven CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Behavioral Therapy techniques developed by clinical psychologists, licensed therapists, and special education experts.

About the App

SavvyApp helps parents of children with ADHD. Our mission is to make professional ADHD support accessible to every family. We combine evidence-based CBT and behavioral therapy principles with playful, bite-sized lessons, so parents can build emotional connection and teach practical skills their kids actually enjoy learning.

The app currently includes three core parenting courses, each focused on one of the most common challenges families face:
- Organization & Planning: How to help your child start tasks, stay focused, switch between activities, and finish what they begin.
- Tantrums & Emotional Regulation: How to support your child during and after a meltdown, reduce their frequency, and strengthen emotional self-regulation.
- Listening & Communication: How to help your child listen and follow through, reduce arguments and defiance, and use praise and motivation effectively without raising your voice.

What Else You’ll Get (in addition to compensation):
- Lifetime free access to the full Savvy App and all future updates (including our CBT Journal for Kids)
- Ongoing guidance and support from our professional psychologists throughout the study
- Science-backed tools you can use at home: practical exercises designed by psychologists, clinicians, and behavioral therapists (CBT, BPT)
- A chance to directly shape a tool that helps thousands of families
