Research Interviewer: Mock Job Interviews with Research Participants from Fortune 500 Companies
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Hi!
I am Mariam, a research assistant and a student at Lake Forest College. I am currently working on research focusing on gender code-switching with two of my professors. We are looking for professional interviewers to moderate the interviews with our research participants who currently work at Fortune 500 companies. The requirements are the following:
1. Record your video of asking the interview questions(provided by us) to the participants
2. Have one-to-one interviews with the participants of the research
3. Show them the introductory video that we have already made at the beginning of the interview
4. After the introductory video, you will guide the interviewee to the video where you have recorded the questions and wait till the participant answers them
5. At the end of the interview, you will say thank you and goodbye to the participant
The interviews will be conducted remotely on the software called Lookback, and its tools will be introduced to you before the interviews. Each interview will last from 30 to 45 minutes.
