Research: Financial Service - Public Company Stock Plans
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
For the past 19 years, I have specialized in customized insurance solutions for individuals and businesses across the country. Now that our firm is a part of a larger organization, we have the need for market research on the vesting of restricted stock plans of 30-40 publicly traded companies. This information is publicly available through SEC fillings and in some cases on corporate web sites.
Findings will be summarized into a spreadsheet and report including the most recently available:
1. Company Name
2. Date of Stock Filing
3. Equity Grant: Types
3. Treatment of unvested restricted stock units upon death or disability by position and/or tenure with the company
4. Exec Compensation: Stock awards by level as a percentage of the total comp
5. Benefits Plans: Corp offered life and disability coverage information (amount of coverage, employee or employer paid)
6. Number of executives by level that receive stock awards
7. Frequency of awards (annual, quarterly, etc)
8. Vesting schedule of awards
