Research on Fiber Reinforcement Concrete ( Part 1- Steel fiber)

In order to complete a research project regarding FRC on floating bridges (pontoon bridges), I need an expert to do research regarding Fiber-reinforced concrete and steel as a fiber. The first phase of this project is a literature study and make a short report ( 2,3 pages) of the what is fiber reinforcement concert, what is the characteristic of steel fiber RC, and what is the benefit of steel fibers on a pontoon bridge, compare with ordinary reinforcement concrete (rebar).
