15 hrs per week - ongoing project for 1 or 2 months.
I am seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful research assistant to help identify companies that operate call centers and maintain comprehensive diversity supplier lists and/or portals.
Research and Identify Companies: Find companies similar to AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, United Healthcare, T-Mobile, etc., that operate call centers and have established diversity supplier lists.
Gather Detailed Contact Information: For each identified company, provide the website, diversity portal URL and contact information (email and phone number) of relevant personnel. This includes contacts in the Procurement Department, Supplier Diversity Managers or Coordinators, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Offices, and Purchasing Managers.
Compile List of Resources: Research and compile a list of websites and resources that organizations commonly refer to for finding minority suppliers.
Report Creation: Present the findings in a well-organized and accessible report, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information.
Required Skills:
Strong research and analytical skills.
Ability to identify and verify relevant business information.
Proficiency in organizing and presenting data clearly.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with business directories, LinkedIn, and other professional networks for information gathering.
