I want a one page high level document about the Talent Landscape of IT Product Companies in India. The document needs to contain the following data and information.
1) What is the Talent Landscape of IT Product Companies in India today?
2) How has the IT industry changed post the Covid pandemic in India (specifically IT Product companies).
2) Why is there a sudden increase in resignations and increase in attrition?
3) What are the challenges companies are facing as a result of this increase in resignations and attrition?
4) What are companies doing to attract and retain talent? (Please provide relevant examples).
Please provide examples, data etc.. with respect to IT Product Companies based in India and not IT services companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc for which plenty of data is anyways available. Preference will be given to someone with an HR background and someone who understands the IT product landscape.
