Research: Consolidate statistics on media (Movie/TV) content created/consumed

I'd like to have some evidence based statistics/analysis from a reliable source (IMDB, any official statistics data sources, research papers, etc).

Things I am looking for:
- how much content has been created over the last 5 years (per year) (total number of videos, total watchable time)
- how much content is consumed (hours per day) in the same period (total watched time)
- how much content is available to watch in major platforms (cinema, TV, streaming services) in the same period
- content meaning movies, documentaries, and TV shows and drama (include tier 2 non-hollywook etc)
- like the type of content you'd see in streaming services (Netflix, etc)
- exclude adult content, Ads, podcasts, amateur content (Youtube, TikTok, Social Media etc)
- how much content in podcasts has been created/consumed in the same period (total podcast numbers, total listening time)
- how much content in amateur media has been created/consumed in the same period (total medica content numbers, total viewing time)
- e.g. Youtube uploads 500hs of video every minute
- include mainstream channels (Tiktok, Instagram, Vimeo, etc)
