Research & Collaborate on NSF , NIH project

we need help from clinical or counseling perspective to support our NSF / NIH proposal development (ie., may entail going through our hypothesis, editing/ adding to ensure clinical validity in the context we are submitting) . This would be a consultant role, part time say 3 ~ 4 hours per month for 2 or 3 months total to help with proposal; NDA needed; only US citizens can be included. ideally they have research interest, have published papers, have NIH / other grants, know clinical trial design principles, plus some practical counseling experience with adolescents/ young adults
