Job DetailsPosition: Research Assistant / English Translator
Lead Scientist: John R. Taylor (Corebrain)
Duration: Full-time for 1 month
Location: Meet in Sa Dec, then based in Nhon My (Nha Man)

Responsibilities
Interview Support: Help the scientist connect with and interview local elders.
Translation: Provide accurate English-to-Vietnamese and Vietnamese-to-English translation.
Logistics: Assist in finding and renting a local room or house, and manage daily schedules.
Documentation: Take detailed notes and organize interview data as requested.
RequirementsLanguage: Fluent English (speaking and writing) and native Vietnamese.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and a respectful, warm approach with elderly people.
Flexibility: Willing to relocate and live in Sa Dec / Nha Man for one full month.
Preferred: Experience in research, community interviewing, or deep knowledge of Mekong Delta culture.
