Renewable Energy for country specific research

I am looking for an energy expert in several countries including France, Germany, Malaysia etc.. The objective is to scope out the opportunity for a UK-based renewable energy developer to review each market to determine its attractiveness to the Company for developing renewable energy projects. The report should cover:
The process of how a renewable energy provider secures a grid connection to export electricity
How long this process normally takes and how much it costs
Details of proposed projects seeking a grid connection
Options for selling power generated
Details of any incentives for renewable energy providers
Details of the land registry and if a foreign entity can have an interest in land
The total power demand, and what % is renewable versus fossil fuels
What renewable energy projects are in the pipeline
Insight into the banking scene – a brief look into ease of doing business for a foreign entity
Someone will be appointed in each market, but they must be located in that country or have excellent knowledge and experience in that country. The individual must have a thorough understanding of the electricity market for their country, and know the connection process, costs, offtake process and understand how the renewable energy market functions.
