Job ID: 33172010

Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP

We are a Ventures team focused on exploring what the future may look like as well as what innovation opportunities exist over the next 5-10 years. Our next project is focussed on researching a number of themes that sit within the theme of responsibility.

This specific research task will focus on the established/proposed regulation, established/proposed policy, guidelines and online petitions that sit within three key areas of interest – transparency, environmental impact and social impact.

The aim is to find individual examples of established/proposed regulation, established/proposed policy, guidelines and online petitions within the three key areas of interest, as well as identifying key themes that come from the research.

The research report should be compiled by using trend reports, articles, scientific & business journals as well as the UK (and any other relevant country).

The Research Brief:

The aim is to understand individual examples (as seen below) as well as interesting themes in established/proposed regulation, established/proposed policy, guidelines and online petitions within the areas of:

1. Transparency - e.g. UK government pilot on mandatory salary bands attached to job openings
2. Environmental impact – e.g. Corporate Sustainable Due Diligence - European Parliament
3. Social impact – e.g. Government to crack down on unregulated cosmetic procedures - GOV.UK

We are looking to understand the ‘edge’ examples globally of established/proposed regulation, established/proposed policy, guidelines and online petitions. The focus is on the responsibility lense of transparency, environmental impact and social impact.
