Recruitment Resourcing

We are an long established recruitment consultancy based in Northern Ireland looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to work on an ad hoc basis with our busy team. The Resourcer will be working on various contracts where their role will be to find suitable candidates who are actively looking for work, source and screen candidates according to the job brief and build a suitable candidate bank to pass to the recruiting officer for shortlisting and selection. Must have previous experience in resourcing and/or recruitment with excellent telephone and communication skills with ability to research for candidates through a variety of sources (especially Linkedin).
