Recruiter for African Software Developers
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for an experienced recruiter who already knows the African tech talent landscape inside-out and can quickly connect me with skilled software developers across the continent—not just in one sub-region, but West, East, and Southern Africa alike. The focus is 100 % on technical roles, so I need someone comfortable screening for strong coding fundamentals, real-world project experience, and cultural fit.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• A curated shortlist of pre-qualified software developers ready for interview, each profile including résumé, skills matrix, location, salary expectations, and earliest start date.
• Clear notes on how you sourced each candidate (LinkedIn, local job boards, referral networks, etc.) so I can gauge reach and repeatability.
• Weekly progress updates: number of leads approached, responses received, candidates in pipeline, and any market feedback that might refine our search.
Success for this project means at least three interview-ready candidates who match the skill stack we outline together and can proceed to my technical assessment without major gaps.
If you already maintain an African talent pool, have a proven track record placing developers internationally or locally, and can operate independently with minimal guidance, let’s get started.
