Recruiter Independent Contractor
Budget: $25 – $30 USD
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team of independent contractors who can recruit top talent for the company. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and connecting candidates with job opportunities on behalf of the company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work flexibly and manage your own schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates for specific job positions within the company
- Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews or screenings to assess skills, qualifications, evaluating resumes, conducting phone or video interviews
- Job Posting and Advertising: Writing compelling job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and platforms.
- Documentation and Administration: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interviews, and other relevant details.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum +1 years of experience as a recruiter, either in a corporate or agency setting, with a successful track record of placing candidates.
- Excellent Sourcing Skills: Strong ability to source and attract candidates using various channels and platforms.
- Screening Expertise: Proficiency in conducting effective candidate screenings, assessing skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade candidates and clients effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools and software.
- Ethics and Professionalism: Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct throughout the recruitment process.
