Recruit and interview 10 elementary teachers from California, USA

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in recruiting and interviewing 10 elementary teachers from California, USA. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in conducting interviews and be able to easily recruit participants.
The preferred method of conducting the interviews is through video interviews. You should provide recorded interview videos and report to us.
A certain amount of incentives will be provided to the interview participants.
The intended use of the interview results is for academic research on the education system.
